Derek Weaver is a flourishing litigator who prides himself on his work ethic and vows to use every available legal tool, and opportunity, on behalf of his clients. Be it acting on behalf of individuals or large corporations, Derek strives to ensure each client receives top quality representation on the way to reaching their solutions.

Coming from an IT background gives Derek a no-nonsense approach that aids in logically achieving clients' goals in a time sensitive fashion. His knowledge of technology also gives him a number of advantages in today's practice, ranging from documentary collection and processing, to e-discovery, and to the use of current technologies in preparing and performing presentations in the court room.

Born and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick, Derek has now made Saint John his home. Derek is a very active individual and spends much of his free-time in the summer and fall either fishing on the Miramichi River or on the rugby pitch, having played rugby in the Province at various levels for over 10 years.
