Experience

Gary has represented clients at all levels of the New Brunswick Court system as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He has argued complex and important cases in many areas including commercial, banking, bankruptcy and insolvency, construction and estate law. Gary has experience in the financial services industry, including all types of commercial and corporate lending, regional financing and negotiable instruments. Gary has acted on behalf of many leading Canadian financial institutions. Gary has represented a broad range of clients in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency, including domestic lenders, trustees in bankruptcy and accounting firms. Gary has extensive experience in bankruptcies, receiverships and restructuring proceedings. Gary specializes in Commercial and Banking Litigation and Bankruptcy and Insolvency. Gary has acted as agent for the Attorney General for Canada in New Brunswick and represented the Federal Crown in various matters under federal statutes including prosecutions pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada.
