Experience

James Mockler has many years of Litigation experience in matters of Corporate/Commercial, Mechanics’ Liens, Breach of Contract and Personal Injury.

Jim is well known and well respected throughout the bar for taking a no-nonsense approach to Litigation. This is a particularly effective means of bringing issues to a head without undue and unnecessary delay to clients.

Currently a resident of Fredericton, Jim is very active in the community having most recently been involved in the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce at the Executive level. He is also an active volunteer judge for UNB first year Moot Court.
