His clients have enjoyed a substantial degree of success through his advice and representation. For over 35 years, Rod has developed his expertise in the areas of negligence, corporate and commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation. He is a recognized leader in professional and general litigation.

Rod brings a wealth of experience to the task. He has handled the largest and most complex corporate reorganization in the history of New Brunswick, a project that involved a restructuring in excess of $250,000,000.

Rod has represented clients across Canada and the United Kingdom. He is currently very involved in establishing legal relationships with senior government officials in China.
